The purchase, download, installation, or other use of any dingbat fonts (”fonts”) or Paint Shop Pro tubes (”tubes”) from Pure Confection indicates acceptance of the following legally binding agreement.

1. You are granted a non-exclusive, non-transferable license to install and use one copy of the font or tube. In addition, you may make one copy of this font or object for backup purposes.
2. You may use the font or tube to create personal and commercial web graphics. A link back to Pure Confection is appreciated, but not required.
3. No part of any font or object is to be placed in any online collection or archive, or otherwise offered for download; in addition, no fonts or objects are to be redistributed for financial gain or placed within any compilation CD, software or other reproducible media.
4. You may not alter, rename, or create derivative works from the original font or object file(s). You may not distribute the font characters in vector formats, nor may you render font characters unaltered into “tubes”, “brushes”, “nozzles”, “image sprays”, or similar uses. If you wish to create “tubes”, etc. from the font characters, you must significantly decorate or incorporate them into a larger image.
5. Pure Confection disclaims any warranty, express or implied, for the font or object. Fonts and objects are provided “as is” and are not guaranteed to be fit for any particular purpose. Use at your own risk.
6. You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Pure Confection from any and all damages arising from the use of this font, including but not limited to loss of business or loss of computer functionality. Under no circumstances will Pure Confection be held liable for damages even if negligence on our part can be proven.

Pure Confection reserves all rights not explicitly granted by this agreement.
